Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Restaurant Training to lead end-to-end development of operational training for U.S. and Canada restaurants. You will manage content creation, updates, and delivery across LMS, print, and intranet platforms, partnering with SMEs and translation teams.

The role focuses on new initiatives, evergreen materials, and optimizing learner experience while driving training strategy and quality across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Graphic Design, HR, or related field.
• 3–8 years of training experience in restaurant or retail operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360; Vyond preferred.
• Experience with learning management systems (Workday Learning) and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training needs and scope.
• Develop training content (recipes, procedures, scripts, storyboards) adhering to style guide.
• Create engaging materials across eLearning, video, print and digital for diverse learners.
• Update existing training materials to reflect company changes.
• Prepare files for delivery through LMS, intranet or print.
• Administer Workday Learning, handle enrollments and system updates.
• Manage intranet training pages on Chiplinks and coordinate with print provider.
• Explore training innovations and present ideas to leadership.
