Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Restaurant Training to lead the end-to-end instructional design lifecycle for restaurant operations used by tens of thousands of team members worldwide.

You will own training for new initiatives, manage print and digital materials, and drive improvements across SOPs, scripts, recipes, and checklists. The role requires strong content development skills for eLearning, video, and print, plus LMS administration (Workday Learning) and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Graphic Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of training experience in restaurant or retail operations
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficient in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360; knowledge of Vyond preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training needs and scope of project.
• Develop training content (recipes, procedures, scripts, storyboards) adhering to style guide and tone.
• Create new training materials across eLearning, video, print, and digital formats.
• Update existing materials as needed for company changes.
• Prepare files for delivery via LMS, intranet, or print.
• Coordinate with translation team for additional languages/localization.
• Manage print materials with supplier relationships and cost considerations.
• Administrate Workday Learning, including mass enrollments and program management.
• Administer Chiplinks intranet pages and update content.
• Explore ideas to elevate training materials and workflows, including guides and translation services.
• Present ideas to Field Training leadership and implement approved solutions.
