Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Senior Analyst, Restaurant Training to own the full lifecycle of operational training materials used daily by nearly 140,000 team members in 4,200 restaurants worldwide.

You will develop training content (recipes, procedures, scripts, storyboards) according to the style guide, manage LMS and intranet, and partner with SMEs, translation, and print providers to drive training innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Graphic Design, Human Resources, or related field required.
• 3–8 years of training experience in restaurant or retail operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficient in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360; knowledge of Vyond preferred.
• Experience with Workday Learning and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training needs and develop a strategy for Restaurant Training leadership.
• Review SOPs with SMEs to ensure consistency across restaurants.
• Develop training content (recipes, procedures, scripts, storyboards) adhering to Chipotle's style guide.
• Create engaging training materials (eLearning, video, print, digital) for diverse adult learners.
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect company changes and new initiatives.
• Prepare files for delivery through LMS, intranet, or print.
• Coordinate with translation team for localization and additional languages.
• Administer LMS (Workday Learning) and intranet pages (Chiplinks) including file uploads, page edits.
• Collaborate with People Tech on system changes and mass enrollments.
