Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking a Training / Deployment Senior Consultant to join our team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The role participates in an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across Navy offices, with training development and deployment activities.

Ideal candidates have 9+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in training, communications, deployment, or implementation.
• Strong written and interpersonal skills.
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher) and U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to be onsite 2–3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials and job aids.
• Coordinate training schedules and user communications.
• Support instructor-led and virtual training.
• Track training/readiness activities.
• Support deployment preparation and go-live activities.
• Provide user support during deployment/stabilization.
• Capture user feedback and lessons learned.
• Maintain training and transition documentation.
