Kearney & Company is seeking a Training & Organizational Change Management Lead to support a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The role oversees a cross-functional team implementing an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across Navy Budget Submitting Offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of training, OCM, or transformation experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementation.
• Demonstrated training development and delivery experience.
• Strong written, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher) and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop the implementation change and training strategy.
• Conduct stakeholder and change-impact assessments.
• Develop role-based training plans and curricula.
• Coordinate training across multiple deployment waves.
• Develop user guides, job aids, communications, and readiness materials.
• Establish power-user/admin knowledge-transfer approaches.
• Assess organizational readiness for deployment.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to maintain current training content.
• Capture lessons learned and refine training for subsequent deployment waves.
