Job summary

Kearney & Company, P.C. is seeking an Enterprise Lead Developer for OneStream/PPBE to guide a cross-functional team on a budget formulation platform. The role focuses on technical leadership, architecture, and enterprise-wide consistency across five BSOs.

The candidate translates requirements into OneStream components, leads sprints, and ensures traceability from design to deployment. Onsite in Alexandria, VA 2–3 days weekly with active Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant technical development experience in financial systems or digital transformation.
• OneStream or comparable EPM platform experience.
• Hands-on experience creating business rules, integrations, forms, workflows, and reporting in an EPM environment.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical system design.
• Strong technical documentation and solution architecture skills.
• Onsite 2–3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC.
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher) and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead developer for enterprise OneStream design and configuration.
• Translate PPBE and functional requirements into OneStream components (workflows, data integrations, business rules, calculations, dashboards).
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level architecture across five BSOs.
• Build reusable, scalable technical components aligned to enterprise standards.
• Lead development sprints, code reviews, and technical solutioning sessions.
• Configure, test, and optimize OneStream artifacts (C#, SQL, dashboards, workflows).
• Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and integration challenges.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment readiness, and production cutover.
• Minimize customization and maximize enterprise reuse.
