Kearney & Company is seeking a Security / Compliance Senior Consultant to join our team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The ideal candidate will work within a cross-functional Kearney-led team implementing an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across multiple Navy Budget Submitting Offices.

The role requires RMF/NIST expertise, an active Secret clearance, and willingness to be onsite in Alexandria, VA 2-3 days weekly, with a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 9 years of cybersecurity/compliance experience.
• Familiarity with RMF and NIST SP 800-53.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher) and U.S. citizenship required.
• Onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC.

Responsabilités

• Support RMF/ATO documentation and evidence development.
• Maintain security control and compliance artifacts.
• Track POA&M and remediation activities.
• Support security testing and documentation reviews.
• Coordinate security evidence with technical teams.
• Maintain security-related risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Support Section 508 and applicable compliance activities.
