Job summary

Kearney & Company seeks a Training / Deployment Senior Consultant to join a cross-functional team supporting a DoD financial management transformation. You will develop training materials, coordinate schedules, and support both instructor-led and virtual training across Navy budget offices.

Ideal candidates have 9+ years’ experience in training or deployment, strong communication skills, and an active U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
• Training, communications, deployment, or implementation experience.
• Strong written and interpersonal skills.
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher) and U.S. citizenship required.
• Onsite 2–3 days/week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials and job aids.
• Coordinate training schedules and user communications.
• Support instructor-led and virtual training.
• Track training/readiness activities.
• Support deployment preparation and go-live activities.
• Provide user support during deployment/stabilization.
• Capture user feedback and lessons learned.
• Maintain training and transition documentation.
