Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking a Training / Deployment Senior Consultant to join our team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The role participates in an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across Navy offices, with training development and deployment activities.

Ideal candidates have 9+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in training, communications, deployment, or implementation.
• Strong written and interpersonal skills.
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher) and U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to be onsite 2–3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC.

Job description

Kearney & Company is currently seeking a Training / Deployment Senior Consultant to join our team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The ideal candidate will work within a cross-functional Kearney-led team implementing an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across multiple Navy Budget Submitting Offices.

Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Develop and update training materials and job aids
• Coordinate training schedules and user communications
• Support instructor-led and virtual training
• Track training/readiness activities
• Support deployment preparation and go-live activities
• Provide user support during deployment/stabilization
• Capture user feedback and lessons learned
• Maintain training and transition documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience
• Training, communications, deployment, or implementation experience
• Strong written and interpersonal skills
• Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)
• Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
