Job summary

Kearney & Company, P.C. is seeking an Enterprise Functional Lead to join a Navy financial management transformation team, focusing on an OneStream-based budget formulation capability.

The role involves cross-functional leadership, translating PPBE requirements into OneStream workflows, and ensuring alignment with approved business requirements. The candidate will lead design across Navy BSOs, facilitate sessions, and collaborate with architects to deliver scalable enterprise configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 9 years of relevant financial systems/financial transformation experience.
• Federal financial management or PPBE experience.
• Experience implementing OneStream or comparable EPM technology.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional system design.
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills.
• Onsite availability 2-3 days per week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC.
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher) and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise functional design across five Navy BSOs.
• Translate PPBE requirements into OneStream workflows, forms, business rules, dimensions, reporting, and functional specifications.
• Establish common enterprise requirements and govern BSO-specific configuration.
• Facilitate functional design and solution sessions.
• Partner with OneStream architects and developers to ensure configuration reflects approved business requirements.
• Maintain requirements-to-design traceability.
• Review prototypes and configured capabilities.
• Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
• Prevent unnecessary customization and promote reusable enterprise configuration.
