Job summary

Evergreen Treatment Services (ETS) is seeking a Sr. Training Coordinator to support the REACH Community Justice program and LEAD contract.

You will lead onboarding, create structured training modules, and coordinate cross-team trainings to advance harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and equity-centered practice. You will collaborate with leaders and external partners, manage logistics, and shape learning pathways for staff at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in training, organizational development, or adult education required.
• Expertise in adult learning theory, curriculum design, and facilitation of large groups required.
• Strong understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles with experience applying an equity lens to training content and delivery required.
• Experience developing and managing budgets required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing staff training for REACH Community Justice and LEAD contract.
• Develop structured training modules for Community Justice staff with input from subject matter experts.
• Schedule and track annual trainings; maintain a master training calendar.
• Design and improve staff training programs including orientation and workshops.
• Develop leadership development programs and explore alternative delivery methods for learning.
