Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Trainer to train and develop its sales team, including onboarding new employees across sales, delivery, customer service, and operations. You will monitor training effectiveness and collaborate with management to drive growth and quality across territories.

Required are strong training skills, leadership, and knowledge of Coca-Cola processes, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing.
• Two years hands on business management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience in Margin Minder (or comparable program) preferred.
• Above-average math skills and ability to figure profits, margins, retails, and financials are critical.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country’s sales team, including onboarding of new employees in sales, delivery, customer service and sales operations processes.
• Develop incumbent sales teams to maximize skills and drive growth across territories.
• Train Sales Specialists, Route Sales Drivers, Trainees and Merchandisers on Look of Success principles and processes.
• Monitor training effectiveness and update materials to reflect best practices.
• Create reports on observations and performance for management.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and safety procedures.
