Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Trainer to train and onboard the sales team, including new hires in sales, delivery, customer service, and operations. The role focuses on developing incumbent staff to maximize Sales skills and synergy across teams.

Responsibilities include training materials, route coverage support, and collaboration with Sales Center Manager to identify market trends and growth opportunities. A CDL may be required for certain tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management/marketing is required.
• Experience in sales management and training is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new hires across sales, delivery, customer service and operations.
• Develop ongoing training to improve sales skills and execution.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report findings to management.
• Support route coverage and provide feedback on route deficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
