Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Trainer to train and develop its sales team, including onboarding new employees in sales, delivery, customer service and operations processes. You will work with the Sales Center Manager and District Sales Manager to monitor trends and drive growth.

The role emphasizes training effectiveness, route knowledge, safety, and professional relationships with customers and co-workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing required.
• Two years hands-on business management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country’s sales team, including onboarding of new employees.
• Learn routes for delivery and assist in route coverage; provide feedback on deficiencies.
• Deliver initial training to sales employees in all sales, delivery, customer service and sales operations processes.
• Update management on market trends and help find solutions for growth.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials and best practices.
• Create reports on observations and performance for managers.
