Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to support the sales team and help develop staff in the assigned area. You will train associates, present effective sales methods, and execute at store level while addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Regular attendance and safety compliance are essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications include DOT certification, valid driver's license, and high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required and must comply with fleet policy.
• DOT Certification required.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• PPE as required by position and safety policies.
• Regular and prompt attendance is essential.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling measurements and units.

Responsibilities

• Train associates and present effective sales training methods.
• Sell and execute at store level; address complaints and resolve problems.
• Report on progress of trainees and personnel during training.
• Collaborate with all functional team members to achieve objectives.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
