Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Training Coordinator to design and deliver onboarding and development programs across the plant. You will partner with Operations and HR to ensure teams have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to perform safely and efficiently.

You’ll oversee the Alchemy learning ecosystem, create content, and drive adoption of learning platforms. This role prioritizes safety, quality, productivity, and long-term talent growth at the Bardstown facility.

Qualifications

• 2 years of training or curriculum development experience, including degree-related work.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent organization and project management capability.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training programs for new and current employees.
• Manage the learning management system: course setup, scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• Create and deliver engaging training content from system modules to on-the-job tools.
• Maintain the equipment skills matrix and support cross-training initiatives.
• Partner with HR and operations to align development with business needs.
• Support Alchemy programs, coach/playbook development, and tier program administration.
• Continuously improve learning programs using feedback, data, and performance metrics.
