Job summary

Arcadia Beverage Co. in Arden, DE is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to own The Arcadia Way, a competency-based training and development program. You will design instruction, prepare trainers, administer assessments, and maintain training records on the production floor.

This design-and-delivery role partners with department leads and SMEs, delivering hands-on instruction, creating job aids and eLearning, and coaching supervisors to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a closely related field, required
• Master's degree in a related field, preferred
• Five or more years of progressive experience in instructional design or learning and development
• Demonstrated portfolio of training content built from scratch (task qualification systems, eLearning, instructor-led)
• Experience conducting training needs analyses and recommending learning solutions independently
• Experience leading projects and coordinating people through influence

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments across departments and shifts; determine training interventions
• Build task qualification lists, module records, onboarding checklists, and Employee Level Snapshots with SMEs
• Develop job aids and quick reference guides linked to procedures in TrackVia; produce English and Spanish versions
• Deliver hands-on instruction using demonstration, practice, feedback, and assessment
• Lead Phase 3 development of training videos, eLearning modules, and digital job aids
• Own and maintain training folders, qualification records, onboarding forms, and materials
• Coordinate Level Up Reviews with HR; maintain training tracker and records
• Update training materials with procedure changes in partnership with Document Control
• Facilitate the twice-monthly training meetings with department leads and supervisors
• Coach supervisors in setting expectations, giving feedback, and corrective follow-through
• Develop trainers and ensure task mastery before independent delivery
• Build relationships across functions to serve training needs
• Agree shift-specific training schedules and manage coverage gaps
• Collaborate on procedures, quality, and safety training
• Track impact metrics and recommend improvements
