Job summary

Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE) is seeking a Senior Content Media Specialist to produce and direct visual media for training, employee development, and initiatives. You will shoot, edit, and deliver content while advising internal teams on best media practices to boost engagement and outcomes.

Collaborating with trainers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts, you will manage pre- to post-production and ensure media assets are organized and accessible, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4–7 years of media production experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere and creating graphics with After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to shoot, edit and produce high-quality video products.

Responsibilities

• Produce, direct, shoot and edit visual media for training and initiatives (60%).
• Contribute to training development plans and content schedules.
• Advise internal clients on media solutions to improve knowledge transfer and learner engagement.
• Ensure post-production equipment, programs and file management are current.
