Job summary

Exelon in Maryland is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training that aligns with delivery procedures. You will partner with Engineering and Methods to create standards and processes, and may work extended hours during storms.

Requires a bachelor's in Business or related and 4–7 years of experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Windows and learning management systems. Travel may be requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business or related AND 4-7 years related business experience, or in lieu of Bachelor's degree, 6-9 years relevant business experience.
• Strong written, verbal communications and presentation skills.
• Computer skills in Windows and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Technical Training content for new hire and incumbent employees safely and in line with procedures.
• Design, develop and maintain complex training materials using systematic training approaches.
• Collaborate with committees to determine technical requirements and priorities for training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to improve efficiency.
• Manage large-scale training projects.
