Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
- PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Strong knowledge of MUTCD and agency standards/deliverables.
- Experience leading QA/QC and mentoring technical staff.
Aufgaben
- Lead technical execution on complex traffic projects and multi-discipline coordination.
- Direct and review engineering/design work for compliance, quality, and constructability.
- Mentor engineers/designers; support technical training and consistency.
- Support client/agency technical coordination and key design decisions.
- Assist PMs with technical risk management and deliverable planning.
