Job summary

LIVIC Civil is seeking a motivated candidate to fill a full-time Senior Traffic Project Engineer position in our growing traffic division in Montoursville, PA. QUALIFICATIONS

• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related)
• 10+ years of progressive traffic/transportation engineering experiencePE license required (Pennsylvania preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Strong working knowledge of MUTCD and agency standards/deliverables
• Demonstrated experience leading QA/QC and mentoring technical staff
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Preferred:
• PTOE certification
• Experience leading signal timing/retiming, corridor studies, or large TIS/TIAs
• Travel to other offices as needed
