Responsibilities

• Lead the project delivery team by delegating technical/design tasks and coaching those involved.
• Lead QA/QC processes for projects and advise on necessary team-wide changes.
• Coordinate with outside disciplines and Project Managers to document, review and implement lessons learned.
• Identify project milestones and dependencies and manage schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to raise overall capability.
