Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• 3–4 years traffic control experience (6,000+ hours).
• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required.
• Ability to travel statewide; pass pre-employment checks and DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and transport materials to and from job sites.
• Lead daily traffic control crews with advanced knowledge.
• Ensure safety protocols, PPE, and company policies.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to crew members.
• Maintain timesheets and job documentation daily.
• Inspect work zones and set up traffic control devices.
• Travel to various job sites; occasional overnight stays.
