Qualifications

• 3–4 years (6,000+ hours) of traffic control experience.
• ATSSA advanced training completion required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily traffic control crews, including Traffic Control Technicians and Flaggers.
• Oversee setup, monitoring, and removal of lane closures on highways and roadways.
• Ensure safety protocols, PPE compliance, and proper paperwork.
• Provide toolbox talks and safety training to crew members.
• Mentor and train new hires in traffic control procedures.
• Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites.
