Job summary
Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for Trader Voice and regulatory recording engineering in a regulated financial services environment. You will own and operate voice capture infrastructure, call recording platforms, and associated UC technologies to support compliance and business continuity.
The role emphasizes platform modernization, data center migrations, and cloud involvement, with vendor integrations and a focus on reliable voice services for trading
Qualifications
- 5+ years of infrastructure, voice, recording, or related engineering experience.
- Hands-on with NTR and/or VFC enterprise recording tech.
- Experience with Trader Voice, regulatory recording, or financial infra environments.
- Strong understanding of networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and data center tech.
Responsibilities
- Engineer, maintain, and support Trader Voice and regulatory recording infrastructure.
- Perform platform maintenance, patching, upgrades, and health checks.
- Design and implement improvements across voice recording and UC platforms.
- Support migration and consolidation of legacy recording tech onto strategic platforms.
- Participate in data center migration, cloud migration, and DR planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex technical initiatives.
