Job summary

Sapear Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (Contract) to lead trader voice infrastructure efforts in a hybrid Charlotte or Irving, TX environment. The role emphasizes recording platforms (NTR/Verba), cloud migrations, and governance for regulated financial settings.

You will guide delivery teams, manage build/deploy pipelines, and ensure robust BC/DR for critical voice services across on‑prem and cloud components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with NICE Trader Recording (NTR) or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC).
• Experience migrating recording platforms and consolidating platforms.
• Expertise in on prem to cloud migrations for recording and trader voice infrastructure.
• Background in regulated financial environments with BC/DR considerations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (networking, compute, storage, data centers).

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership across Trader Voice Services and regulatory call recording infrastructure.
• Guide L1 delivery teams and manage work via Jira boards.
• Support risk/compliance requirements and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead migration projects between recording platforms and cloud transitions.

Job Description :

• Trader voice infrastructure knowledge
• Recording platform migration experience
• Cloud migration experience
• Experience supporting regulated financial environments
• Data center migration experience
• OpenShift or internal cloud platform experience
• Unified Communications or voice engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience with NICE Trader Recording (NTR) or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC).
• Experience with Proteus, Continuity Replay, or Vodafone recording integrations.
• Prior experience migrating between recording platforms or performing platform consolidation.
• Experience with on prem to cloud migration of infrastructure or application workloads.
• Understanding of build/deploy pipelines, release management, and configuration management tools.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (networking, compute, storage, data centers).
• 2+ years' experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper V, etc.)
• Experience with lifecycle management including patching, maintenance, health checks, decommissioning.
• Understanding of business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
• 2+ years of information security experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Infrastructure Engineer (Recording Engineering) provides senior level technical expertise and operational leadership across critical Trader Voice Services and regulatory call recording infrastructure.
• The role requires deep engineering knowledge across voice capture systems-including NICE, Verba, Proteus, Continuity Replay, and Vodafone recording components-as well as the ability to guide L1 delivery teams and
  manage engineering work through structured Jira boards.
