Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Trader Voice & Recording Platform Engineer in Charlotte, NC. You will support trader voice environments and regulatory call recording infra within a regulated financial services setting.

The role involves maintaining voice platforms, leading upgrades, and ensuring security and compliance across on-prem and cloud transitions. A hybrid work model and potential contract extensions are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with NICE Trader Recording (NTR) or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC).
• Experience with platform migration, modernization, and cloud infrastructure (on-prem to cloud).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and security practices.
