Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Trade Show Manager in Reston, VA to lead planning and execution of regional and international events, driving brand visibility and pipeline growth. You will coordinate with Growth, Communications, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure consistent messaging and a high-quality attendee experience.

The role requires 8+ years in trade shows or related fields, strong program management, and the ability to influence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience supporting trade shows, marketing, and communications initiatives.
• Experience with virtual and hybrid event platforms and emerging event technologies.
• Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive trade show and event strategies aligned with Leidos priorities and ROI goals.
• Lead all phases of event planning: venue, booth development, logistics, and onsite operations.
• Manage budgets, invoices, vendor contracts, and post-event analysis for ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, and communications to support event campaigns and messaging.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and partners.
• Serve as onsite lead, directing staff and ensuring brand standards at events.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across programs.
