In this hybrid role you will manage US and Canada budgets, monitor trade spend, develop P&Ls for new items, and champion TPM system enhancements

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Sales or Brand Finance, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and TPM is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Manage annual budget setting for sales, trade spend, and brokers.
• Oversee US and Canada trade spend budgets and identify opportunities or risks.
• Monitor TPM implementation and TPM system enhancements.
• Provide reporting on actuals vs forecast and support PO processes.
• Analyze P&L impact of new sales opportunities.
• Develop P&Ls for new items to support decision making.
• Partner with vendors and manage TPM system training.
• Prepare materials for customer meetings and senior leadership reviews.
• Manage and develop one direct report.
• Handle ad-hoc analyses and projects.
