Job summary

LIPTON Teas & Infusions is seeking a Sales Insights and Category Manager in Hoboken, NJ. This full-time, permanent role focuses on combining category management with sales insights to grow market share across retailers and channels.

You will integrate multiple data sources to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and shape retailer-relevant strategies in pricing, assortment, and promotion while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to translate insights into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in category management and/or data analytics in consumer-packaged goods.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead retailer and channel category strategies across assortment, pricing, promotion, distribution, merchandising, and shopper experience.
• Deliver performance insights by integrating syndicated, retailer, loyalty, consumer, and shopper data.
• Serve as the internal retailer expert by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Leadership.
• Shape retailer-relevant innovation with Marketing and Innovation teams on category needs and shelving considerations.
• Create compelling selling stories and concise, visually engaging materials for reviews and meetings.
• Influence retailer decision-making by building consultative relationships with retail partners.
