Ardelyx is seeking a Senior Trade Operations Analyst to bridge distribution and specialty pharmacy data with operations. You will translate complex datasets into actionable intelligence, driving program performance for IBSRELA & XPHOZAH brands.

The role collaborates with Strategic Account Managers and other teams to optimize services and data quality. Ideal candidates have a strong background in pharmaceutical market access, trade operations, and analytics, with the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field with 6-8 years of pharmaceutical market access, trade operations, analytics or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of trade distribution, specialty pharmacy operations, reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access, service and trade performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Prepare analytical reports and present findings to senior management with recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and patient access across distribution partners.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to expedite access to treatment at specialty pharmacies.
• Perform variance analyses and investigate changes in trade performance and distribution trends.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports on inventory, sales, trade spend, and customer performance.
