Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, healthcare, retail, or related field.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to translate analytical findings into clear business insights and executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Retail Trade organization's subject matter expert for data sourcing, reporting, and analytics.
• Extract, validate, reconcile, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools for performance management.
• Monitor and communicate the performance of programs, identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting packages for leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance to align operational performance with financial results.
• Translate large datasets into actionable recommendations for leadership audiences.
• Develop KPIs and analytical frameworks to assess program effectiveness.
