Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, RxDrug to support a portfolio of new retail drug initiatives and to work across Retail Operations, Enterprise Strategy, and other teams to implement end-to-end operational solutions. You will engage with pharmacy teams and field leaders to ensure successful rollout and training, while navigating a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows and dispensing systems.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, GCP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Travel - Periodic travel, up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support RxDrug strategy for drug-related changes and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Enterprise Strategy and other teams.
• Provide field and store communications and training support as needed.
• Assist in driving prescription growth and implementing service strategies.
• Help develop processes to monitor and track success across initiatives.
