Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 2+ years in a customer contact center.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; SAP ECC experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable in a virtual/remote setup.

• Process customer requests and resolve issues; focus on customer experience.
• Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
• Handle inbound contacts via phone, email, chat, and work items.
