Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer requests and resolve inquiries or issues promptly while focusing on customer experience.
• Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures and use multiple channels (phone, email, chat, work items).
• Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external partners and manage multiple tasks across systems.
• Learn via computer-based training modules and recordings of tasks, and escalate issues with ownership.
