Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Trade Controls Southern Border based in New Brunswick, NJ, with flexibility to other US sites. You will lead trade controls strategy for US-Mexico border, collaborating with Trade Operations, Supply Chain, and Legal to ensure compliance across import/export rules.

Your responsibilities include monitoring USMCA requirements, aligning exports from Mexico with US imports, and guiding a team of Trade Controls professionals to maintain strong regulatory

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant business experience in U.S. import compliance, customs, global trade, supply chain, risk management, or cross-functional program leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Use customs data, audits, dashboards, and cross-border collaboration to identify discrepancies and risk.
• Partner with Mexico Global Trade Controls to reconcile Juarez export activity with U.S. import records.
• Develop dashboards and communicate findings, risks, and actions to the business.
• Handle escalations involving tariff classification, country of origin, valuation, and import controls.
• Escalate complex matters to Legal and coordinate with outside counsel when needed.
• Monitor and register risks from USMCA and other regulatory changes.
