Job summary

CrowdStrike is expanding its Third Party Risk Management program and seeks a Technical Lead to drive strategy, architecture, and automation across vendor risk processes. You will design workflows in ServiceNow, lead the assessment pipeline, and partner with Legal, IT, and Security to embed risk controls throughout the vendor lifecycle.

The role demands deep TPRM expertise, hands-on platform knowledge, and a collaborative, fast-paced engineering mindset in a security-focused organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Third Party Risk Management, GRC or related security disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow TPRM module.
• 3+ years as technical lead driving automation and efficiency.
• Experience evaluating AI/ML tools within GRC workflows.
• Proven project management of complex technical implementations.
• Strong ability to translate technical risk for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and own TPRM workflows and architecture on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead daily operations of the TPRM assessment pipeline and SLA tracking.
• Develop automation to reduce manual effort in risk processes.
• Manage end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle: onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate story creation and oversee sprint/epic work with engineering.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Security teams to embed risk checks.
• Oversee third-party control evaluations and audits.
• Maintain TPRM policies and standards aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, FAIR.
