Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to drive strategy, architecture, and execution of our vendor risk program. You will own ServiceNow TPRM as the platform of record, work with IT to optimize workflows, and advance AI-driven risk scoring and continuous monitoring.

Qualifications

10+ years in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, or related risk disciplines.
Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Experience with AI/ML tools in GRC workflows.

Responsibilities

Own ServiceNow TPRM platform as the system of record and architect risk workflows.
Manage the vendor assessment pipeline, SLAs, and final reviews for risk outputs.
Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort in risk processes.
Design end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle: onboarding, tiering, reassessment, offboarding.
Oversee audits and third-party controls aligned with NIST, SOC2, ISO 27001.
