Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to shape the strategy, architecture, and technical execution of our vendor risk ecosystem. Sitting within the GRC organization, this role protects CrowdStrike's customers and data by building scalable risk workflows and implementing AI-driven capabilities.

You will own ServiceNow as the platform of record, drive automation, and collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT and Security to embed risk checks in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, information security risk, or related technical controls disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical lead, process architect, or SME driving automation in risk/compliance.
• Strong understanding of security/compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Experience integrating AI/ML tools into GRC workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to explain technical risk to business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize TPRM workflows in ServiceNow.
• Drive automation and AI-driven risk scoring.
• Oversee the TPRM assessment pipeline operations and SLA tracking.
• Architect end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle (onboarding, reassessment, offboarding).
• Own story creation and coordinate with development teams in sprint planning.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT and Security to embed automated risk checks.
• Oversee third‑party control evaluations and audits and support audit activities.
• Develop and maintain technical TPRM policies, standards, and procedures.
