Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Lead, Third Party Risk Management to drive strategy and technical execution of our vendor risk ecosystem. You will architect and optimize the TPRM platform of record, focusing on automation, risk scoring, and scalable processes.

The role requires deep tooling expertise with ServiceNow TPRM, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex risk concepts for executives. This position is remote within the United States and offers a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, information security risk, or related technical controls disciplines.
• Hands-on administrative or architectural experience with the ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical lead, process architect, or principal SME driving efficiency and automation.
• Strong understanding of security/compliance frameworks: NIST CSF, CSA CCM, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST 800-53.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and threat intelligence in GRC workflows.
• Proven project-management skills for complex technical implementations.
• Ability to translate technical risk concepts for leadership.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the ServiceNow TPRM platform of record; optimize workflows and enable AI-driven risk scoring.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the TPRM assessment pipeline with SLA tracking and final reviews for vendor assessments.
• Lead automation initiatives within ServiceNow to reduce manual effort.
• Design end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding to ensure scalable application of standards.
• Own story creation and act as liaison with development teams; oversee sprint/epic progress.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT and Security to embed risk checks in vendor engagements.
• Oversee third-party control evaluations and audits; support internal and external audits.
• Develop and maintain TPRM policies aligned with industry frameworks.
• Engineer and track KPIs and dashboards to show program maturity to leadership.
