Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to drive strategy, architecture, and technical execution of our vendor risk ecosystem. This role sits in the GRC organization, protecting customers, data, and operations through scalable risk practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, information security risk, or related technical controls disciplines.
• Deep tooling expertise with the ServiceNow TPRM module.
• 3+ years of technical leadership driving automation and process efficiency.
• Strong understanding of security/compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
• Experience evaluating AI/ML tools and threat intelligence in GRC workflows.
• Proven project management of complex technical implementations with QA.
• Ability to translate technical risk concepts for leadership.
• Capacity to operate in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

Responsibilities

• System, Tooling & AI Architecture: own the TPRM platform architecture and AI-driven risk scoring.
• Operational Leadership: manage daily TPRM assessment pipeline and SLAs.
• Process Engineering & Automation: implement automation to reduce manual work in ServiceNow.
• Program Design: optimize the vendor risk lifecycle end-to-end.
• Agile Development: own story creation and liaison with development teams.
• Cross-Functional Integration: collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Security.
• Audit & Controls: oversee third-party evaluations and audits.
• Standards & Frameworks: maintain TPRM policies aligned with standards.
• Metrics & Reporting: build dashboards to show program maturity.
