Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and coordinating releases.

Responsibilities

• Own programs end-to-end across Director/VP orgs from requirements to delivery.
• Ship security controls to internal AWS teams with engineering, product and security partners.
• Establish mechanisms for tracking program health, adoption, and outcomes.
• Use data to inform prioritization and communicate progress to leadership.
• Build partnerships with technical and non-technical teams across AWS.
• Balance security rigor with builder velocity when evaluating requirements.
