Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in the United States seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of regional security service programs across isolated AWS regions.

You will own 4-6 concurrent programs, coordinate with commercial AWS service teams, regional operations, compliance, and infrastructure partners to meet deadlines. This role requires holding multiple complex programs, delivering crisp status to senior leadership weekly, managing gates, timelines, and risk, and travel up

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and roadmaps.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for a portfolio of security service delivery programs.
• Drive cross-organizational coordination with commercial service teams and partners.
• Manage compliance and accreditation gates for launches in regulated environments.
• Build and maintain program schedules with critical paths and dependencies.
• Produce weekly status reporting for senior leadership with blockers and progress.
• Identify and resolve cross-program dependencies and resource conflicts.
• Drive cadences to keep programs healthy with regular syncs and risk tracking.
• Able to travel up to 20%.
