Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for the Differentiated Security Team (DST) within Stores BST. You will drive program maturity, cross-charter strategy, and operational excellence across security initiatives and automation efforts.

You will lead senior stakeholders (VP/SVP level), coordinate across 10+ security workstreams, and mentor other TPMs while delivering secure integrations for acquisitions and differentiated environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience driving security programs across large diverse organizations
• Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs
• Experience in written and oral communication with technical, business, and executive audiences
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years managing complex technology projects

Responsibilities

• Align security and service strategy with AmSec objectives and reduce deviations from standard practices
• Build mechanisms to collect voice of customers and feedback loops with stakeholders
• Mature DST's operational rhythm: MBRs/QBRs, flash reporting, WBR metrics, and executive reviews
• Drive security program reviews and status updates with key stakeholders
• Own DST rhythm of business operations and drive process improvements
• Influence automation roadmaps to accelerate security visibility and reduce manual toil
• Mentor TPMs and PMs to raise operational rigor and technical depth
