Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for AWS Secure Foundations in Arlington, VA. You will own cross‑organizational programs from concept to launch, partnering with engineering, product, and security leaders to implement detection and prevention controls that improve security posture at scale.

You will translate ambiguous security goals into executable programs, drive prioritization decisions, and measure outcomes to reduce risk while enabling rapid innovation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programs across multiple Director/VP organizations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to deliver security controls.
• Establish mechanisms to track program health, adoption, and outcomes and inform prioritization.
• Develop trusted partnerships across AWS businesses ensuring security without hindering innovation.
• Balance security rigor with builder velocity while surfacing risks early.
