Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead Security Solutions programs within our Data Center Engineering group. You will coordinate production-readiness for global deployments, guiding hardware and software teams from concept through launch.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and delivering high-impact projects that improve safety, efficiency, and customer experience in a large-scale cloud infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic plans for new Security Solutions and methods to reach maturity for global deployment.
• Plan for global and regional nuances, test and validate, create deployment schedules, and similar production readiness actions
• Lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of Security Systems for our next generation data center in a highly cross-functional environment, which includes internal customers, hardware, and software development teams.
• Provide program management leadership in the application of new technologies and/or retro-fit type work to enable large scale hardware deployments in a continuous effort to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Drive teams across multiple organizations to deliver complex cross-functional programs with high impact to the organization.
