You will deliver complex technology programs, manage budgets, risks, and stakeholders, and drive AI-enabled planning across the department in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and influencing cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management workflows with validation and data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations; escalate when uncertain.
• Experience managing vendor relations and ensuring access to shared pools of applications and services.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validate outputs and handle data per sensitivity rules.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to sustain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review and delivery standards alignment.
• Apply analytical reasoning to assess performance and drive data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency.
