Job summary
Amazon Music is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive distribution, growth, and subscriptions across surfaces including automotive, ticketing, hearables, wearables, VR, mobile, and conversational experiences. You will own the health and reliability of 100+ partner integrations and lead critical partner initiatives with 5+ engineering teams.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and coordinating release schedules
Responsibilities
- Serve as TPM for OEM onboarding, API integrations, feature enablement, and end-to-end partner integrations; manage cross-team initiatives from scoping through delivery
- Own reliability of 100+ partner integrations across automotive, CTV, wearables, telecom, gaming, and voice; publish monthly reports to leadership
- Manage offshore Support Engineers (L1/L2 triage); define runbooks, escalation paths, and quality standards; pilot AI tooling to automate routing and assignment
