Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to define and drive cross-functional technical programs that span multiple engineering and science teams. You will partner with product management to align roadmaps, identify opportunities, and drive delivery outcomes at scale.

You will influence strategy across Amazon organizations while communicating effectively with engineers and senior leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and drive technical programs that span multiple engineering/science teams and boundaries.
• Partner with product management and technical leadership to align roadmaps and opportunities.
• Influence strategy and outcomes across different Amazon organizations.
