Amazon in Seattle is seeking a senior program manager to lead cross‑functional technical programs within the Alexa Shopping organization. You will define, own and drive initiatives that span multiple engineering teams and boundaries, coordinating with product management and leadership to align roadmaps and accelerate delivery.

This role requires deep hands‑on software development and PM experience, a proven ability to influence senior teams, and a commitment to building scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Responsibilities

• Define, own and drive technical programs that span multiple engineering/science teams and organizational boundaries.
• Partner with product management and technical leadership to identify shopping opportunities and align roadmaps for delivery.
• Influence strategy and outcomes across different Amazon Shopping organizations as a technical leader.
• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
